Framar is an authorized Mindray distributor, and reagent supply is the part of that relationship a laboratory feels every week rather than once every few years. We supply the chemistry, chemiluminescence immunoassay, hematology and coagulation reagent ranges for the analyzers we install, together with the quality controls and calibrators that stand behind them, planned against your actual monthly test volume. The engineers who maintain the instrument are the same team that plans the supply, which is why the schedule reflects what your bench gets through rather than a fixed reorder quantity.
Reagent groups
Liquid, ready-to-use reagents for the Mindray BS range, covering the liver, renal, lipid and diabetes panels a Philippine laboratory reports every day.
Ready-to-use chemiluminescence reagents for the Mindray CL series, with the calibrators and controls that run beside them, scheduled against your assay mix.
The assayed control materials and calibrators behind every result a laboratory releases, sized against your QC frequency rather than your analyzer count.
Prothrombin time, aPTT and the control plasmas that go with them, for the Mindray C series, on a schedule built around stat as well as routine volume.
Diluent, lyse, rinse and cleanser for the Mindray BC range, planned from your monthly complete blood count rather than a fixed reorder quantity.

Buying reagents and consumables in the Philippines
Framar supplies these to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics and health units nationwide, scheduled against your actual monthly volume rather than shipped in one lump. The engineers who install and maintain the analyzer are the same team that plans the supply behind it, so the schedule is built from what your bench actually gets through rather than from a fixed reorder quantity. Pricing depends on volume, delivery interval and whether the analyzer is on a reagent-supply arrangement, so we quote per laboratory rather than publishing a list price. See what our service covers, or send us your monthly counts and we will reply within one business day.
Reagent supply questions
Do you supply reagents for analyzers we did not buy from Framar?
Yes. Reagent supply does not depend on where the analyzer came from, and a number of the laboratories we supply bought their instrument elsewhere. Tell us the model and your monthly volumes and we will quote a schedule. If the unit is out of warranty we can quote preventive maintenance alongside it.
How far do you deliver?
Nationwide, from Quezon City to Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao. The delivery interval is part of the supply plan rather than an afterthought: a provincial laboratory carries more cover than a Metro Manila bench does because the shipment takes longer, and the schedule is built around that instead of pretending both sites are the same.
Can we order reagents on a standing schedule instead of per order?
That is how we prefer to do it. We plan deliveries against your actual monthly test volume, so stock arrives before the bench runs low rather than after somebody notices. It also stops the opposite problem, which is a laboratory holding more reagent than it can get through before the expiry date.
Do you supply calibrators and controls as well as reagents?
Yes, and they belong on the same schedule. A calibration blocked waiting on a calibrator that was ordered separately costs a shift exactly the way a reagent stock-out does. Controls are the item most often under-ordered, because a reagent runs out visibly and a control does not.
