Is Framar an authorized Mindray distributor in the Philippines?
Yes. Framar Laboratory Supplies is an authorized Mindray distributor supplying Mindray in-vitro diagnostic analyzers, reagents and consumables to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, health units and educational institutions across the Philippines.
Do you install and service outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We install and service from Northern Luzon through the Visayas to Mindanao, using our own engineers.
How long does it take from purchase order to a working analyzer?
It depends on whether the model is held in stock or brought in on indent, so we confirm the delivery window in writing with every quotation. Tell us the model and the quantity you need and we will give you a date rather than a range.
Do you supply reagents, calibrators and controls on a schedule?
Yes. We plan reagent, calibrator, control and consumable deliveries against your actual monthly test volume for every unit we install, so supply matches consumption instead of arriving in unpredictable batches.
Do you train our medical technologists?
Yes. Training is part of every installation: startup and shutdown, sample handling, quality control review, error recovery and routine user maintenance, taught on your own instrument. We also run refresher sessions when your staff changes.
Can we see a demonstration before we buy?
Tell us which model you are evaluating and we will confirm what we can arrange for it. What is possible depends on the instrument and on what is available at the time, so we would rather give you a straight answer for your shortlist than a general promise here.
What does our laboratory need to prepare before installation?
Typically a level bench or floor space with clearance for service access, a stable grounded power supply on an uninterruptible power supply, room temperature and humidity within the instrument specification, and drainage plus a water supply for the platforms that need one. If you want results to flow into your laboratory information system, tell us early so we can plan the interface. We confirm the exact requirements for your chosen model in writing before delivery.
