We deliver, uncrate and install the analyzer on site, connect water and drainage where the platform needs it, and run the manufacturer commissioning sequence before anyone reports a patient result from it.
Performance verification
Precision, carryover and linearity runs against your own samples, plus help setting up quality control levels and target ranges, so the instrument is demonstrably fit for reporting from day one.
Medical technologist training
Hands-on training for the medical technologists who will run the instrument daily: startup and shutdown, sample handling, QC review, error recovery and routine user maintenance. Refresher sessions when your staff changes.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled preventive maintenance per unit, planned around your workload rather than dropped in unannounced. Every visit is documented against the instrument so you have a maintenance history for accreditation.
Calibration
Calibration with manufacturer calibrators after preventive maintenance, after major part replacement, and whenever QC drift says it is due.
Repair and parts
Corrective repair by our own engineers, never subcontracted, using genuine Mindray parts. [TODO: state the target response time for Metro Manila and for provincial sites, and whether loan units are available during long repairs.]
Reagent and consumable supply
Reagents, calibrators, controls, cleaners and consumables for every unit we install, scheduled against your actual monthly test volume so you do not run short mid-shift.
